If you have visited the Museum, you should attend this program
to hear about the sequence of events that resulted in the
creation of this Smithsonian institution, and its importance to
the teaching of the Holocaust - nationally and internationally

If you haven't visited the Museum, you should attend this program
to learn about the Museum's profoundly moving depiction of
one of the darkest periods in this century's history

- A Special Appeal to Holocaust Survivors and Their Descendants -
Be a part of the crucial effort of world-wide Holocaust education!

The U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum is in need of donations of personal items for its permanent
display. Especially needed are family photographs from just before and just after the war,
camp uniforms, prisoner designations (yellow stars, etc.) and any items you kept with you
while in the camps.

Bring your items, with description and personal information (name, camp, age when interned,
current address, etc.) attached. They will be forwarded to the Museum, and your keepsakes
will help teach the lessons of the Holocaust to the hundreds of thousands of visitors to the
Museum each year.
