SZ Productions
Does Interviews

Shaarey Zedek Productions will
present in February a program
about two men who have re-
turned from two sides of the
globe. They will discuss their
adventures with Geri Levit,
host of the program.
Dr. Daniel Savin, was, for
three years, the chief psychia-
trist for Site II, a refugee camp
near the Cambodian border. He
also was a volunteer in a hos-
pital supervised by the group
Doctors Without Borders.
Jonathan Schechter is a lo-
cal writer, naturalist and EMS
technician. He has returned
from Israel where he studied
the various nature preserves of
that country, including the one
in the Negev called CM-Bar.
All Shaarey Zedek programs
can be seen multiple times a
month and also can be found in
the Shaarey Zedek library. The
program is recorded at the fa-
cilities of Continental Cable
Corporation, West Bloomfield.
Following is the schedule of
the February program:

Purim Parody
At Beth Achim

This program, written by
Joseph Bernstein and Cantor
Max Shimansky, takes a hu-
morous look at Broadway with
a Yiddish flavor.
A dinner will follow the per-
formance. There is a charge for
dinner and reservations are re-
quired by Feb. 21. For infor-
mation, call the synagogue
office, 352-8670.
