The newly established Zamir
Chorale of Metropolitan Detroit,
Inc. will hold an open rehearsal
for experienced singers 7:30
p.m. Jan. 18 at the Jimmy
Prentis Morris Jewish Com-
munity Center.
The chorale will provide an
opportunity for Jewish singers
to participate in a Jewish mu-
sical tradition. The first chorus
will be mixed; the organization
plans to establish all male and
all female groups in the future.
All interested singers are in-
vited to attend the rehearsal.

of four different collections of
museum treasures during "A
Month of Sundays" Jan. 9, 16,
23 and 30.
The comfort of quilts, the al-
lure of the automobile, the dy-
namics of making power, and
the down-to-earth appeal of
farming are the topics for four
special programs. Each Sunday
will bring a new theme with
special exhibits and guided
tours.
Children and adults will en-
joy hands-on activities to com-
plement each week's programs
and, for a special treat, sundaes.
Admission to "A Month of
Sundays" is included with reg-
ular admission (additional
charge for food service). Muse-
um hours are 10 a.m. through
5 p.m. daily.
Henry Ford Museum &
