OUR FAMILY HAS BEEN SERVING THE JEWISH COMMUNITY FOR OVER 70 YEARS, MICHAEL COHEN, OWNER-OPERATOR

SUNDAY, December 5th through FRIDAY, December 10th

lthough Chanukah is
considered a minor
holiday in the Jewish
calendar, most fami-
lies will have at least one
Chanukah party complete
with latkes and chocolate
Chanukah gelt. Others will
begin their
rounds of of-
fice holiday
parties and
wonder how
they can re-
tain their
shapely look
through the
new year.
I will try to
cover every-
thing you
want to know
about getting
through the
holidays
without gain-
ing.
First, one important cor-
rection. Although veal may be
slightly lower in fat than beef,
veal is not low-fat by any
means. I do not emphasize
beef, veal or lama in anyone's
food plan.
