MSU Hillel
Hosts Events
B'nai B'rith Hillel Jewish Stu-
dent Center at Michigan State
University will sponsor the fol-
lowing events. On October 15
there will be Reform services at
6:15 p.m. followed by a Shabbat
dinner at 7 p.m. Call Hillel,
(517) 332-1916, to make reser-
vations. There is a charge.
On Oct. 17, the social com-
mittee will sponsor a trip to a
local cider mill for apple pick-
ing and a hayride. Drivers are
needed. Meet at Hillel at 3:30
p.m.
On Oct. 20, the social action
committee will sponsor a visit
to a local soup kitchen to serve
dinner. Meet at Hillel at 4:30
p.m.
On Oct. 21, the social com-
mittee will hold a pizza/game
night at 7 p.m. There is no
charge.
Hi llel at MSU will host the
first annual dinner in support
of the center's programs and op-
erations. This dinner will hon-
or the executive director, Dr.
Mark Finkelstein, for five years
of service. The speaker will be
Rabbi Bill Rudolph, associate
international director of B'nai
B'rith Hillel Foundations and
former MSU Hillel director. The
event will take place 5:30 p.m.
