Boodles has never changed its

About 150 gathered in the
Camp Nahelu recreation build-
ing where festivities again
brought a lot of happy smiles.
The rain stopped in later af-
ternoon, but so much fun was
being had in the recreation
building that the picnic-outing
remained there for dinner.
MIKE AND MARIAN Bitch
are at it again . . . This time an-
other restaurant . . . The name
Risata is perfect since it means
"To laugh" . . . and the dining
spot which opened Sept. 15 is
located within Second City,
their Detroit comedy theatre on
the corner of Woodward and
Montcalm.
Preparing the contemporary
cuisine with an Italian flare is
executive chef Mike McFarlen,
formerly head kitchen guy at
Beverly Hills Grill . . . He and
the Etches' corporate chef Mike
Prainito created the interesting
menu . . . Mike Prainito is also
director of catering for the Fox
Theatre, and oversees all oper-
ations at the restaurant, in-
cluding purchasing and staffing.
