Frank Mamat, a part-

has been named to the
Panel of Labor Law
Experts.
He is one of only four
labor lawyers in the coun-
try to be selected for the
panel, which analyzes
employment issues for the
Commerce Clearinghouse.
Mr. Mamat, who also
edits the Michigan Em-

ployment Law Letter,
recently spoke about con-
struction liability in San
Diego at the American Bar
Association's forum on the
construction industry.
idney Rubin,
Merton J. Segal and
Dennis Silber were
among 36 finalists in this
year's Entrepreneur of the
Year Awards.
Mr. Rubin, president of

Toys; Mr. Segal, chairman

were selected from 115
nominations for the annu-
