Joe Roach, manager at
Orchard and 14, has been
with him 10 years, begin-
ning when Bob had a
restaurant in Taylor.
Bob enjoys cooking and
still goes in the kitchen to
prepare meals Mondays
and Tuesdays, 7 a.m. to 11
a.m. at the Orchard and 14
location . . . Joe does the
cooking at most other
times.

The success of Silver-

common sense .. . Bob
Silverman has both and it
is to his credit that they
are used ... giving a cer-
tain sense of valuable cus-
tomer security . . . You
