Cadillac Motor Division at a
luncheon at Meadow Brook

Carlton for a Michigan Bach

in the Bloomfield Plaza on

Benefit DSO

Musical Feasts V, the
season-spanning fund-raiser
for Detroit Symphony Or-
chestra Hall sponsored by its
Volunteer Council, will offer
two benefit events in August.
Mr. and Mrs. William
Bostick ad Miss Katherine
Wasserfallen will host an
event titled "Overtures et
Finales" 6:30 p.m. Aug. 1 at
the Bosticks' Bingham Farms
home. Fare will consist of
various hors d'oeuvres and
desserts, accompanied by
wines. DSO musicians atten-
ding and performing will be
Marguerite Deslippe and
James Waring, violins; Glenn
Mellow, viola; Mario DiFiore,
cello; and Maxim Janowsky,
bass. The event is open to 36
guests at a charge.
Mr. and Mrs. David
Hermelin will entertain
guests for dinner 7 p.m. Aug.
5 at their home in Bingham
Farms for a "Midsummer
Night's Dream." The mini-
concert for this occasion will
be performed by a trio of DSO
brass including Stephen
Anderson, trumpet; Eugene
Wade, French horn; and
Nathaniel Gurin, trombone.
There is a charge.
