1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground
cinnamon
1 /4 teaspoon ground
nutmeg
1 /2 cup firmly packed
light brown sugar
1 /3 cup FLEISCHMANN'S
Margarine, melted
1/4 cup EGG BEATERS 99
Percent Real Egg
Product
1 cup sweetened
applesauce
1 cup shredded carrots
2 tablespoons finely
chopped pecans,
optional

In small bowl, combine
flour, baking soda, cinnamon
and nutmeg; set aside.
In large bowl, combine
brown sugar, margarine, egg
product and applesauce; stir
in flour mixture and carrots.

sprinkle batter with pecans,
