Matzah Factory
Opens At JCC

In advance of Passover, a
matzah factory will be set up
at the Maple-Drake Jewish
Community Center, April
5-12. Sunday hours will be 10
a.m.-4 p.m., and Monday
through Thursday from 10
a.m. to noon and 1-4P .m.
Visitors will receive a
baker's hat, a piece of
shmurah matzah and a pam-
phlet describing the celebra-
tion of Passover. Participants
will make their own piece of
matzoh and view a film
demonstrating how matzahs
are made.
There is a charge. For reser-
vations and information, call
Amy Rosenberg at the JCC,
