Winter Exhibit
Park West Gallery will
unveil its winter exhibition
and sale of new acquisitions
at a special preview 8 p.m.
March 6. The exhibition and
sale will run through April
23.
The collection features
more than 150 paintings,
watercolors, lithographs, et-
chings and serigraphs by
Alvar, Boulanger, Cambier,
Chagall, Dali, Fanch, Goya,
He Neng, Jiang, Lebadang,
Markos, Miro, Mouly, Picasso,
Picot, Rembrandt, Robbe,
Wolfson, Tarkay and Vasarely.
Park West Gallery is

The Creative Arts Center's
exhibition Perceptions of
Women opens March 14
through April 23. The open-
ing reception will be 5-7 p.m.

Quilt Exhibit
Opens In March
The tradition of quilt mak-
ing will come to the Detroit
area in the form of a national
exhibit of 21 contemporary
quilt artists, "Quilts As A
New Art Form 2," sponsored
by the Wetsman Collection in
Birmingham.
The exhibit will be held
Thursdays, Fridays and
Saturdays 1-5 p.m. March
19-April 11 at Artpack Ser-
vices, 31505 Grand River,
Door 10, in Farmington.
On April 4, Penny McMor-
ris will present "The Develop-
ment of Contemporary
Quilts" at 1 p.m. A curator of
quilts and corporate art con-
sultant, Ms. McMorris is a
partner with McMorris &
Crow, a fine art acquisition
and management firm.
