The Pet-A-Pet Animal
visitation program is looking
for volunteers to visit the
Fleischman Home for Aged in
West Bloomfield.
Pet-A-Pet volunteers bring
their own dogs or cats to visit
with residents of area nursing
homes. The program is spon-
sored by the Animal Welfare
Society of Southeastern
Michigan and provides mon-
thly visits to 25 nursing
homes in the metro Detroit
area.
Pet-A-Pet volunteers must
bring their own pets. All pets
should be friendly, in good
health, and must have cur-
rent vaccination records.
The visits at Fleischman
are scheduled for the fourth
Wednesday of each month at
10 a.m.

With Vision Loss: Self-
