Halsted and Laurie
Eisenhower will present new
works. Ms. Halsted will
premiere a movement work
set to Phillip Glass' music.
Ms. Eisenhower will premier
"Hey," a fun rhythmical
dance showcasing the
dancers' athletic abilities,
and "Stretch of the Imagina-
tion," a piece using the
dancers' bodies and long
elastic bands to create evolv-
ing visual sculptures.

will present Movin' Theatre
from the Wayne State Univer-
sity Theatre Department 7

Movin' Theatre brings
theatrical dance to life as it
traces Broadway dance styles
in its new show Broadway
Rhythms. A narrated pro-
gram performed by 11 per-
formers, it is designed to
make audiences aware of the
field of theatrical dance and
its contribution to the total
theater experience and the
education of a performer.
The concert will be in the
Performance Space, Building
F, on the Auburn Hills
campus.
