The audience also heard a
rousing speech from the
Jewish Welfare Federation
executive committee chair-
man, Dr. Conrad Giles,
who addressed the national
commitment made by fed-
erations to the continued
resettlement of Russian olim
and a continued commit-
ment to Jewish education.
