JVS Seeks
Former Clients

The Jewish Vocational Ser-
vice, preparing for its 50th an-
niversary in 1991, is looking
for clients who were helped by
the agency throughout the
years. Some will be featured
in anniversary ads.
The agency is hoping to find
a post-War immigrant who
was assisted in finding a job,
someone who built a suc-
cessful career after being
given a start by JVS in the
1940s or '50s, and a student
from the 1950s or '60s who
received a scholarship or
grant from the Jewish Educa-
tional Loan Service or
Scholarship Services.
They also are looking for so-
meone who made a career
change after counseling at
JVS, a woman who was
helped by the agency's
displaced homemaker pro-
gram, and someone who hired
a home health aide with JVS
help.
If you're willing to share
your story, and possibly a
photograph, write Barbara
Lewis, 14140 Sherwood, Oak
Park 48237; or call, 546-4255.
