Three Classes
Aish Halbrah is starting a
cycle of three classes to be
repeated quarterly through-
out the 90-91 year.
The classes will be taught
by Rabbi Alon Tolwin, educa-

The first class is entitled the
"Five Levels of Pleasure."
This class is based upon the
writings of Rabbi Aron of

Education." Rabbi Thlwin will
focus on defining the five
levels, and discussing how to
have more energy by being
aware of these levels.
The second class, next
month, will be "How to Lover
It is a look at the Jewish view
of love. Rabbi Iblwin will
show participants how to use
Jewish wisdom to enhance
relationships. It will be held
at 8 p.m. Oct. 14.
The third class is "Actualiz-
ing your Potential — How
to Use Free Choice."
All classes will be held at
the Aleynu office. There is a
