SMOOTHER HOUSE SHOWINGS
QUESTION: Do you have
any suggestions on how to
make your home look its best
during showings?
ANSWER: The buyer has to
LIKE WHAT HE SEES.
Minor signs of wear should be
corrected. A few dollars spent
touching up the front door or
replacing worn trim or remov-
ing rust stains can add hun-
dreds of dollars in sales appeal.
Storage space should look,
spacious. Toss out or sell all
the junk you've been hoarding
in closets, attic, basement or
'garage. You'll still be left with
plenty. Be sure to stack or hang
them in a manner that looks
like you have room to spare.
Don't give prospects the idea
that space is at a premium in
your home.
IN ORDER TO SELL your
home, the buyer must like
what he sees. Here are tips
for better showings.
