Women's Division
Hosts Meeting
Three sections of the Jewish
Welfare Federation Women's
Division will host a gathering
on behalf of the Allied Jewish
Campaign, Sept. 27, at the
home of Women's Division
past president Marlene
Borman.
Hollywood producer Sherry
Lansing will speak. The pro-
gram includes a continental
breakfast. Irving Nusbaum
will speak about Operation
Exodus.
Women's Division con-
tributors who have already
pledged $365 or more to the
1991 Campaign are invited.
Ms. Lansing, the first
woman to head a major movie
studio, left 20th Century-Fox
in 1983 to form an indepen-
dent production company
with Stanley Jaffe. She is ac-
tive on the national level of
the United Jewish Appeal
and is a past honoree for
distinguished community ser-
vice in the Jewish
community.

Plans Meeting
The Metropolitan Chapter
of Na'amat USA will meet
noon September 24 in the
Crown Pointe building.
Sarah Friedman will speak
on the Jewish holidays and do
some Yiddish readings. A

Christianity."
