The Performing Arts
Center will continue the
° "Oldies & Goodies Revue" 9
p.m. Friday and Saturday
evenings for the season. The
Revue is a salute to the
groups that created and made
great the hits of the 60s and
70s. The show includes the
songs made famous by Diana
Ross and the Supremes, the
Beatles, Elvis, the Beach
Boys, Gladys Knight and the
Pips.
There is a charge. A dinner
and theatre package is also
available.

Music Study Club of
Metropolitan Detroit will pre-
sent 19 year old Canadian
born violinist-violist, Scott St.
John, at its annual Artist
Benefit Concert, 3 p.m. Oct 21
at Berkley High School.
Mr. St. John plays an An-
tonio Stradivarius violin,
awarded to him as winner of
the 1989 Canadian Council
competition. Mr. St. John per-
forms with the Academy
Chamber Players in Philadel-
phia and has appeared on
tours with Musicians from
Marlboro. He performed this
past season with the
Chamber Music Society of
Lincoln Center.
The Annual Artist Benefit
Concert is the sole fund-raiser
of Music Study Club. Proceeds
provide scholarships and con-
cert appearances for young
artists, and scholarships and
musical instruments for
Israeli students.
