WERE FIGHTING FOR
YOUR LIFE

A

WE TAKE EXCEPTION
TO WHAT YOUR
MOTHER TAUGHT
YOU.

YOU SHOULDN'T EAT
EVERYTHING PUT IN
FRONT OF YOU.
You should avoid foods high in
cholesterol. It's a fact, a high
blood cholesterol level sub-
stantially increases your
chances of developing heart
disease. By cutting down on
fatty, rich foods, you can do
yourself a big favor. You could
lower your blood cholesterol
level and reduce your risk of
heart disease.

For more information about a
planned and balanced diet,
contact your American Heart
Association. We'll give you
some free advice on how to
plan a diet good for life.

in bed and set fire to the
blankets. We never had a dog
who stole our towels, played
the TV too loud or had a noisy
fight with his traveling com-
panion. We never had a dog
that got drunk and broke up
the furniture. So if your dog
can vouch for you, you're
welcome, too: "

delighted to note under 'Col-

item about Ethel, Irving and
Marcie Goldstein. While this
pre-dates my arrival in
Michigan, I can tell you that
Irving Goldstein now is my
next-door neighbor, and I
thought you might be in-
terested in an update on the
family. Irving is currently at
the West Bloomfield Nursing
and Convalescent Center
recovering from a recent
stroke. Ethel is tending to
him and to the business
(Bizon), and Marcie, working
in commercials in Hollywood,
just presented them with a
granddaughter. Mr. Goldstein
would love visitors."
