BRIDAL BASH

The Franklin Club
Apartments was the site
of a bridal fashion show
as residents of this
retirement community
recalled memories of

their wedding day.
Ronnie Richardson,
staff, and Sam Grune,
Franklin resident,
excorted the brides down
the aisle. Leigh Ann
Lowe modeled a bridal
gown circa 1902. Two of
the residents' daughters,
Betty Sylvester and
Margaret Van Weelden,
wore their own wedding
gowns. Resident Norma
Matthews watched
proudly as her daughter,
Barbara Lehto modeled.

asked about volunteer

"Sometimes you get
burned out, but then you
think about all those
