eight great grandchildren.

Abe Letvin, president of
Detroit's oldest body com-
pany, Hulett Body Co., a third
generation business, died Ju-
ly 27. He was 74.
A mechanical engineer, Mr.
Letvin ran the business for
years. Mr. Letvin also was a
charter member of Adat
Shalom Synagogue, a
member of the B'nai B'rith
Detroit Lodge and Century
Lodge.
He is survived by his wife,
Betty; three sons, Marc, Brian
of Sedalia, Cola, and Tom;
one brother, Albert; and eight
grandchildren.

BASYA SHTERN, 87, of

Oak Park, died July 28. She
is survived by one son, Sam
Stern of Brooklyn, N.Y.; one
daughter, Mrs. Yitzchok (Ita)
Prikupets of Oak Park; one
sister, Rachel Apps of Miami
Beach, Fla.; three grand-
children and two great-grand-
children.

former Detroiter of El Paso,
Texas, died July 26. He is sur-
vived by his wife, Clara Stone;
one daughter, Ruth Erlich of
El Paso; two sons, Jack of
Lake Orion and Dr. Allan of
West Bloomfield; eight grand-
children and two great-grand-
children.

MINNIE TEACH, 89, of

Southfield, died July 20. She
is survived by three
daughters, Mrs. Jay (Paula)
Korelitz, Mrs. Al (Yetta) Wolf
and Mrs. Anna Ruskin; two
sisters, Mrs. Harry (Polly)
Bleichman of Montreal and
Mrs. Edith Filler of the Soviet
Union; three grandchildren
and two great-grandchildren.

FANNIE VICTOR, 94, of
Southfield, died July 26. She
is survived by two sons, David
Victor of Murrietta Springs,
Calif. and Max Victor of
North Miami Beach, Fla.; one
daughter, Mrs. Melvin
(Shirley) Seffinger of
Southfield; seven grand-
children and five great-
grandchildren.

Rose Blatnikoff

Rose Anne Blatnikoff, a
past officer and board
member of the sisterhood of
Temple Beth El, died on July
29. She was 72.
Born and raised in Detroit,
she was a member of the Na-
tional Council of Jewish
Women and a member of the
Founder's Society of the
Detroit Institute of Arts.
She leaves her husband,
Albert D.; two daughters,
Marilyn of Fairfax, Va. and
Mrs. Randolph (Nancy)
Benyo; a son, Howard; her
mother, Mrs. Bessie Land-
sberg; two brothers, Paul and
Leon Landsberg; two sisters,
