Shavuot Talks
Are Planned

Rabbi Elimelech Silberberg
of the Bais Chabad Torah
Center will lecture on "The
Historic, Mystical and Prac-
tical Components of Shavuot"
on Monday at 8:15 p.m. at the
Ibrah Center, 5595 W Maple,
West Bloomfield.
The lecture is part of the
Monday evening lectures in
Basic Judaism. For informa-

The Torah Center invites
the public to two lectures on
the "Book of Ruth" to be
delivered by Chaya Sorah
Silberberg on Wednesday and
June 7 at the Tbrah Center at
8 p.m.

through the Generations" on

Cancer Support
Meeting Due

A Focus on Living (with
cancer) meeting will be held
on June 6 at 7 p.m. at Pro-
vidence Hospital.
The purpose of this self-help
group is to bring together pa-
tients and family members
who have questions or are ex-
periencing problems as a
result of living with cancer.

To Resume

The Dial-a-Mishna pro-
gram has resumed opera-
tions. Beginning Monday at
11 p.m., Dial-a-Mishna will of-
fer daily Mishna lesson from
Tractate Brachot of the
Babylonian Talmud.
