I LOCAL NEWS I Shavuot Talks Are Planned Rabbi Elimelech Silberberg of the Bais Chabad Torah Center will lecture on "The Historic, Mystical and Prac- tical Components of Shavuot" on Monday at 8:15 p.m. at the Ibrah Center, 5595 W Maple, West Bloomfield.
