Israel with Maksim Rozenoer,
son of Natalia and Sergey
Rozenoer.
The Rozenoers, who live in
Moscow, applied for permis-
sion to emigrate in 1978 and
were denied that same year.
Joshua and Mitchell have
written Maksim but have not
received a response.

Shalom Synagogue with Elgu
Efremashuili of the Georgian
Republic in the Soviet Union.
Elgu is the son of David and

plied for permission to

reason given.
