Susan Stark will be the
guest speaker at Temple
Israel's Art Fair '89. Stark is
a film critic with the Detroit
News and will be presented
on Monday at 1 p.m. at the

DAVID SYME, renowned concert pianist, has appeared as soloist

at the Lincoln Center, Kennedy Center, and the Dorothy Chandler.
Pavilion as well as in most European capitals. He was featured at
the Meadowbrook Festival in 1988 and has played eight times with
the Detroit Symphony. -

Hosts Lecture

The Women's Orthodox
League will host Rebbetzin
Noah Flam at Young Israel of
Greenfield for its annual lec-
ture series 8:30 p.m. May 8.
A former Detroit teacher,
Rebbetzin Flam is the
founder and dean of the
Teacher's Seminary of Mun-
cie. Her lecture topic will be
"The Ingredients of a Jewish
Home?'
