Robinson, a certified public
accountant, was the staff
economic analyst for the U.S.
Board, a member and chair-
man Administrative Civil
Service Comission for the ci-
ty of Southfield for seven
years. He was a councilman
for the city since 1985, and
became the president of the
council in 1988.
