Preheat oven to 350°.
In a medium bowl, combine
dry ingredients, mixing until
blended. With a spoon, make
a well in the center.
In a small bowl, combine re-
maining ingredients, mixing
with a spoon. Pour into well
in dry mixture. Stir until all
ingredients are moistened.
Place batter in a 4x8-inch
nonstick loaf pan or one that
has been sprayed with a
nonstick cooking spray.
Bake 15 minutes.
Cool in pan on wire rack.

Masada Has
Summer Events

Enrollment is now open for
nine Masada "Summer in
Israel" programs of travel,
recreation, learning and ex-
ploring in Israel during the
summer of 1989 for high-
school and college students
aged 13 to 23.
For youngsters 13 years old,
there is the Teenage Camp,
which includes bar or bat
mitzvah ceremonies at the
Western Wall as well as tours,
camping, sports and social ac-
tivities with Israeli peers.
The Teenage Tour for 14-18
year olds is highlighted by
travel throughout Israel,
home hospitality with Israelis
and meeting Jews from all
over the world.
The 40-day Masada Leader-
ship Training Course for 16 to
18 year olds focuses on in-
dependence and leadership,
"discovery" hikes and touring
and special seminars.
