senior citizen and hadicapped
housing projects in Michigan,
California, Massachusetts,
and Maryland from its Oak
Park headquarters.
Mr. Feder comes to CSI
from the Detroit Economic
Growth Corporation, where
he was associate director of
industrial development. He
previously was an attorney in
private practice. He also spent
eight years as a planning
analyst for the city of Detroit.

BRAND has named Richard
Bonus, 'Damara Fischer, M.
Elaine Moran, and David
Merriman as audit managers.
John Cunningham has been
appointed tax manager.
Bonus, 28, a manufacturing
and financial services
specialist, joined Coopers and
Lybrand in 1983 as a staff
auditor.
Fischer, 33, has worked on
the audit staff as a senior
specialist and supervisor/con-
sultant at Coopers and
Lybrand since joining the
firm in 1982.
Merriman, 27, has worked
at the international accoun-
ting firm since 1984 in a
variety of positions in the
audit department, most
recently as a supervisor.
Moran, 30 joined the firm in
1982.
Cunningham, 31, joined
Coopers and Lybrand in 1985
as a tax specialist.
Engineer Is
Retired
Bernard Malamud ended a
32-year career with the U.S.
Army Corps of Engineers,
Detroit District when he
retired last month. Malamud
began his career at the
Detroit District in 1956 as an
engineering aide.
Malamud received the
Secretary of the Army
Decoration for Exceptional
Civilian Service. For the last
15 years, he has been in
management positions. Since
1983, Malamud has been
assistant chief, engineering
division.
A Detroit native, Malamud
received a Bachelor of Science
degree in civil engineering
from Detroit Institute of
Technology in 1958. He has
received numerous awards
and commendations during
his career, including the Ex-
ceptional Civilian Service
Award.

Is Tapped
Jonathan Tepperman
Jonathan David Tapper-
man, 16, of Windsor, a stu-
dent at Detroit Country Day
School, is one of 25 teenagers
in the United States and
Canada named to receive the
1988 Edgar M. Bronfman
Youth Fellowships under a
unique program designed to
develop future Jewish leaders
committed to Jewish unity.
Jonathan will spend five
weeks in Israel this summer
in the youth fellowships pro-
gram launched last year by
Bronfman, who is president of
the World Jewish Congress.
The 25 fellows — chosen from
400 applicants — were
selected on the basis of
character, intellectual in-
