Self Test
Continued from precec',;i-ig page
complish more than I have.
Scoring:
1. For items 2, 7, 15, 19, 21,
25, 27, 32:
• If you answered 5 change
your score to 1.
• If you answered 4 change
your score to 2.
• If you answered 2 change
your score to 4.
• If you answered 1 change
your score to 5.
2. After these changes, add
up your total score. The
higher it is, the lower your
self-love potential.
Below 60: You are a very
self-loving person, guided by
real values. Congratulations!
60-90: You are a good friend
to yourself if not always the
best. Work on it.
91-125: You probably have
loving feelings towards
yourself about half of the
time. Check out the tips
below.
126-156: You don't love
yourself as much as you
could. See tips beow and get
a self-esteem-raising plan in-
to action.
Above 156: Time to get pro-
fessional help and get back
into a positive-feeling gear.
If you scored in the higher
numbered ranges, here are
some love-yourself-better tips:
Give yourself a doing-unto-
others break. Take yourself to
lunch or dinner once a week.
Take off your watch — don't
look at anybody else's — and
take your time. Do any fun
non-routine thing that enters
your mind — go roller skating
in the park, read your favorite
childhood book, take a walk
in the rain without your
umbrella.
Demonstrate your I'm-my-
best-friendship-feelings by
taking out a gift of the month
club membership for yourself.
Get a treat — anything you
love — cheeses, records,
cosmetics — once a month.
Make your body more
lovable. Spend the grocery
money on a week at a spa or
a health ranch. For double
benefits, share the experience
with a friend you'd like to
know better.
