Due For Women

Temple Israel Sisterhood
will hold a brunch and casual
fashion show, on March 21 at
10 a.m. at the temple.
Vicky Raseta and Shirley
Plotnick will present fashions
including casual wear and
evening wear. Arlene Greer
will provide fashions for the
fuller figure. They will be
modeled tableside by
sisterhood models.
The program is under the
direction of Janie Roth, pro-
gram vice president.
Assisting her are special
entertainment chairmen
Paula Shapiro, Carole Miller
and Marlene Swarin. There is
a fee for brunch, and reserva-
tions are required. Call the
temple office, 661-5700, for
reservations.

ORT To Hear
ADL Official

Stuart Rogoff, assistant
director of the Anti Defama-
tion League, Michigan
Region, will speak to the
Business and Professional
Chapter of Women's
American ORT on March 21
at 8 p.m. in the home of Fan-
nie Berman, 30333 Hunter's
Dr., Farmington Hills. He will
review the status of Jews in
America.
Refreshments will be serv-
ed. There is no charge. Guests
are welcome. For reserva-

Northwest Child Rescue
Women, Senior Group, will
have a regular meeting on
Thursday at 11:30 a.m. at the
Colony Park Apts. club house.

about the 40th anniversary
gold page. A board meeting
will be held April 14 and a
regular meeting will be on
April 21.

'Baby And Life'
Program Slated

The National Council of

Jewish Women, Greater
Detroit Section, will present
a program for parents entitl-
ed "Baby and Life," featuring
life-saving techniques and
emergency procedures for
young children.
The program will be offered
on April 13 at 6:15 p.m. and
again on April 14 at 11:45
a.m. both sessions will be
held at the NCJW offices,

30233 Southfield Rd.,
Southfield.
Staff from the "Baby and
Life" organization of New
York City will present life-
saving techniques, which in-
clude infant/child CPR,
handling poison and choking
emergencies, household safe-
ty, and emergency first aid.
Parents will have an oppor-
tunity to practice all of the
procedures.
The classes are open to the
'community. There is a fee.
Program chairman for the
"Baby and Life" sessions is
Marcie Hermelin Orley. For
