of Southfield, celebrated their
wedding anniversary Jan. 9,
exactly 50 years from the date
of their marriage in 1938.
A dinner party was held in
their honor, hosted by their
four children, at Bloomfield
Oaks. The Victors renewed
their marriage vows in a
ceremony performed by Rab-
bi Harold Loss of Thmple
Israel. During the ceremony,
the chuppah was held by their
children Barbara Moretsky,
Nancy Abrams, Gwen
Gampel and Kenneth Victor.

Businessman
Larry Meyer, Lansing
business leader who is presi-
dent and chief executive of-
ficer of Michigan Retailers
Association, will be the guest
of honor at the Jewish Na-
tional Fund "Tree of Life"
award dinner on March 15 at
the Sheraton Inn, Lansing.
The Tree of Life, JNF's
highest award, previously has
been presented to Gov. James

Riegle, Mayor Thrry McKane
of Lansing, Dean Richardson
