El. Rabbi Dannel Schwartz of
Temple Beth El and Cantor
Harold Orbach of Temple
Israel officiated.
The bride is the daughter of
Louise and Hyman Pilchik.
Parents of the bridegroom are
Vicky and Bernard Block.
Marsha Pilchik-Deitch,
sister of the bride, was the
matron of honor. Bridesmaids
were Hilary Pilchik and Risa
Pilchik, sisters of the bride,
and Margaret Block and Lisa
Block of Miami, Fla., sisters

of the bridegroom.
The best man was Michael
Block, brother of the
bridegroom. The ushers were
Dr. Jeffrey Deitch, Dov
Szlomkowicz, Jeff Fox and Dr.
Mark Hechtman of Phoenix,
Ariz.
Rose and Al Galinsky,
grandparents of the bride,
and Sadie Kaplan of
Tamarack, Fla., grandmother
of the bridegroom, par-
ticipated in the ceremony.
Following a cruise in the
Caribbean, Ilene and Ken are
currently residing in Farm-
ington Hills.

Robert Martin Blumenthal,

The bride was attended by
her sister, Susan M. Green
and the bridegroom's best
man was his brother, Steve.
Ushers were the bridegroom's

brother, David and the bride's
nephew, Gabe Green. The
bride's grandmother, Anne
Kovalsky, also participated,
escorted by her son, Al
Kovalsky.
The wedding took place at
Beth Abraham Hillel Moses
and Rabbi A. Irving Schnip-
per officiated.
Following a honeymoon in
Hawaii, the couple is residing
in Ann Arbor.
