Volunteer Cited

Gary R. Collens of Oak
Park, a special education
teacher at the Adler School
in Southfield, was chosen
Special Olympics' Outstand-
ing Volunteer of Oakland
County at the state meet in
Mt. Pleasant. Collens has
participated in all phases of
the Special Olympics at both
the local and state levels for
the past 11 years.
