a student at the University of
Michigan, were still living
there when, as Greenberg re-
calls, "The day after I got an
assignment to write a script
for a 'how-to' video for
hardware store presentations,
my garage door stuck and I
couldn't get my car out to go
to the client until the door
was repaired.
