In makeup, the general trend
will be to go from a moisturizing
base to a light rice powder type
foundation. Faces will need to be
stripped of winter's dead skin and
will no longer need heavy
moisturizing formulas. Another
new trend in skin care will be
blending and smudging of colors,
achieving a more subtle look. The
use of liners and heavy lines in
makeup are out.

illusion of a sunny glow, remind
us that the sun is back for
springtime. Karsan Sun Powder,

goes on like blush and adds a
natural-look, transparent
coloration and lift to skin.
