Seniors Have Games Day
The senior adult department
at the Jimmy Prentis Morris
Branch of the Jewish Commu-
nity Center will host a games
day, with refreshments and
prizes, at 1:30 p.m. Sunday in
the JPM's JaffeHall.
On Tuesday, the seniors will
join the nursery school chil-
dren and their parents at a
Purim workshop at 10 a.m. in
rooms 5 and 6 of the JPM. They
will make hamantaschen,
paint faces, have a puppet
show and parade. A model
seudah (luncheon) will follow
at 11:30 a.m. in the assembly
hall.
At 1 p.m. Tuesday in the
JPM assembly hall, Rabbi
Joseph Gutmann will speak.
At 2 p.m., part II of Oklahoma
will be shown:
Sinai Hospital, in conjunc-
tion with the senior adult de-
partment, will offer a vision
screening at 1 p.m. Thursday
in the JPM assembly hall.
The seniors will attend a De-
troit Symphony Orchestra Cof-
fee Concert on March 13, under
the sponsorship of the Boaz
Siegel Endowment Fund.

Society.

Schubot earned his advanced
title after successfully passing
a two-part examination that
included a written theory por-
tion and a practical session
based on performing an accu-
rate, complete appraisal. The
new AGS certified gemologist
appraiser is also required to
maintain an AGS accredited
gem lab within the store.
