is the spiritual leader of Orach
Chaim Synagogue in New
York City. He also holds the
post of director of communal
services for Yeshiva Univer-
sity.
He is a member of the execu-
tive committee of the Rabbini-
cal Council of America and has
served as chairman of the task
force of the commission on
synagogue relations for the
UJA-Federation.
