Harbinger Dance
To Hold Residency
Harbinger Dance Com-
pany's first school residency
of the 1986-1987 season will
take place at Beverly School
in Birmingham, Thursday
through Dec. 12.
\ The residency, part of Be-
Arerly School's Creative Ex-
pressions Unit, will begin
with a performance of Har-
binger's dance production for
children, Dance American
Style. Following the perform-
ance, Harbinger dancers will
\Aeach beginning level dance
Classes to all grades at the
: school, selecting teams of
"'students for intensive
choreographic workshops.
The residency will culmi-
nate with a student perform-
ance for parents, teachers
\ and friends. Harbinger will
/ also perform a work from its
\repertoire.

On Dec. 12, Tapper's will
be the scene of the Diamond
Melodies holiday party to
benefit the Detroit Symphony
\ League. Beginning at 6 p.m.,
' Tapper's will contribute a
portion of all sales to the
