Council's delegate assembly,
at 8 p.m. Wednesday, in the

Frank will be cited for her
many years of service to met-
ropolitan Detroit's Jewish
community. She is a past
president of the Resettlement
Service and currently sits on
the Jewish Community Cen-
ter board, is a member of the
American Friends of Hebrew
• University, and is a delegate
to the Council from Women's
American OAT, Northeast
chapter.
A former national vice
president for American
Jewish Congress, Frank
served as president of the
American Jewish Congress,
Michigan Region and as
president of the region's
women's division.
She has been a member of
the Jewish Welfare Federa-
tion board of governors and

Division.
The evening will conclude
with the premiere perform-
ance of local folksinger Judy
Goldstein's "Living History of
Emma Lazarus."
