Rabbi Boruch Levin

The officers and board of di-
rectors of the Hebrew Benevo-
lent Society (Chesed Shel
Emes) announce the appoint-
ment of Rabbi Boruch E. Levin
as assistant director.
A native of Denver, Colo.,
Rabbi Levin was ordained at
Beth Medrash Govoha Aaron
Kotler School of Higher Learn-
ing in Lakewood, N.J., and
Talmudic Academy of
Philadelphia. He also attended
the University of Detroit Col-
lege of Business Administra-
tion.
Rabbi Levin has served as a
rabbi and administrator of
Yeshivath Beth Yehudah in
Southfield for the past eight
years. He is a board member of
the National Council of
Yeshivah Principals and is on
the advisory committee of the
National Society for Hebrew
Day Schools. In New Jersey,
Rabbi Levin was director of
United Charitable Institutions
of New Jersey.
