The booklet presents
checklists of general ques-
tions for parents to ask and
points out the factors they
should consider in evaluating
potential caregivers. Separate
sections are included for the

available — private day care
- homes, child care centers,
and in-home caregivers.

ment" forms help parents
formalize the arrangement
with the caregiver, and a list
of additional child care re-
sources is provided for those
seeking further information.
