WERE FIGHTING FOR YOUR LIFE
86 Friday, July 25, 1986
She walked in beauty like the night —
She smiled in joy in the sunshine of the day.
She was a wonder to behold — in every way!
July the 23rd would have marked the day --
The celebration of her twenty-eighth BIRTHDAY.
But the Thief of Time took her away
In a single act of violence on that Horrible Day.
Twenty-one months ago on the eve of the twenty-
third —
The Rustle of Death was quickly heard.
It happened in seconds the written statement said
concisely —
But, for her Parents and Sister the words will
echo Forever and Precisely —
Forever and Ever and Ever.
Lovingly
