TOMARIN, 85, of Farmington Hills, died July 18. Survived by nieces and nephews. Charles C. Dean Charles C. Dean, of Southfield,' a representative for claims for the U.S. Postal Service, died July 17 at age 76. Born in Detroit, Mr. Dean attended City College, now Wayne State University, and began working for the Postal Service at age 21. At his retire- ment in 1981, he received a plaque from the Postmaster Gen- eral honoring his 50 years of dis- tinguished service. Mr. Dean re- ceived a Service Award for out- standing contributions to the postal system, having suggested innovations which are still being used.
