Adar I and II
The National President of
Hadassah issued a call to all
Jewish Leaders and organiza-
tions, as well as to our non-
Jewish friends to promote
tourism to Israel.
She said, "If we allow our
travel plans to be dictated by
terrorists, we hand them a vic-
tory and penalize Israel and
other democratic countries they
have targeted." She also
stressed the strict security pre-
cautions enforced by the Israeli
authorities, as well as those in-
volved in caring for visitors.
Hadassah calls on all its
members to try to make a visit
to Israel part of their plans and
thus express their solidarity
with Israel and their support for
her people and her economy.
