Schedules of services for the
concluding days of Passover have
been made available by local
synagogues and temples.
SHALOM
ADAT
SYNAGOGUE: Services will be
held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, 9 a.m.
and 6 p.m. Wednesday and 9 a.m.
and 8:30 p.m. Thursday. Yizkor
will be recited at about 9 a.m.
Thursday. Rabbi Efry Spectre
will officiate, and Cantor Larry
Vieder will chant the liturgy.

Gamze will speak on "Memory as
a Tool of Survival." Cantor Israel

Services will be at 6 p.m. Tuesday
and 8:45 a.m. Wednesday, when
the sermon topic will be "Re-
newal." Services will continue at
6 p.m. Wednesday and 8:45 a.m.
Thursday (Yizkor), when the
sermon topic will be "The Power
of Religion." Rabbis Irwin Groner
and Kenneth Cohen will officiate,
and Cantors Chaim Najman and
Sidney' Rube , will chant the
liturgy, assisted by the syna-
gogue choir, under the direction
of Eugene Zweig. _

CONG. B'NAI DAVID: Rabbi
Morton F. Yolkut will officiate
and Cantor Barry Ulrych will
chant the liturgy at services for
the concluding days of Passover.
Services will be held at 7 p.m.
Tuesday, 8:30 a.m. and 7 p.m.
Wednesday, 8:30 a.m. (with Yiz-
kor at about 10:15 a.m.) and 8:'30
p.m. Thursday.

Synagogue Gets
Torah Cover Gift

A special presentation will
take place at Cong. B'nai Israel of
West Bloomfield on the Sabbath
of Chol Hamoed Pesach Satur-
day.
The Stanley Elbling Family
will present the synagogue with a
new Torah cover depicting the
Burreng Bush of the Bible, in
honor of Elbling's 60th birthday.
• The Elbling Family has been
affiliated with the congregation
since its inception"55 years ago.
A Passover kiddish will follow
the service. The community is in-
vited.

CONG. B'NAI ISRAEL OF
WEST BLOOMFIELD: Services
for the final days of Passover will
be at 9 a.m. Wednesday and 9
a.m. Thursday (Yizkor). Rabbi
Sherman Kirshner will speak on
"Why I Love Pesach Best of All."

CONG. B'NAI MOSHE: Con-
cluding days services will be held
at 8:20 p.m. Tuesday. At 8:45
a.m. services Wednesday, Mare
Sussman will chant the Haf-
torah. Evening services will be at
8:20. On Thursday, Saul Raimi
will chant the Haftorah at 8:30
a.m. services. Yizkor will be re-
cited at 10:30 a.m. Evenirig serv-
ices will be at 8:20. Rabbi Stanley
Rosenbaum will officiate, and
Cantor Louis Klein will chant the
liturgy.'


DOWNTOWN SYNAGOGUE:
Services for the concluding days
of Passover will be at 5:15 p.m.
•Tuesday and 7:30 a.m. and 5:15
p.m. Wednesday. Thursday's
services will be at 7:30 a.m., with

Hillel Day School, assisted by the
synagogue choir, under the direc-
tion of Eugene Zweig.
