Finally, here is a program that treats you
as a human being, not as an overweight
body. And the bottom line is that the
TAKE-OFF! Program really works. You will
lose weight steadily and comfortably.

make up her spring collection

look. The "swan" group, for
example, features a ballet-

The "Amazon" theme in-

Though not yet well known
by the public, Marika Contom-
pasis is likely to become
recognized for her use of
unusual trimmings such as an-
tique laces and ribbons that
are woven into many of her
designs.
Married to rock star manager
Peter Golden, Marika's designs
have been favorites of many
Hollywood celebrities long
before becoming available to
the public. Peter Reckell, who
plays Beau on "The Days of
Our Lives," "Webster" 's
Susan Clark and Jackson
Browne, Joanna Cassidy and
Darryl Hannah were among the
first to sport the unusual Con-
tompasis sweaters.
"I get my ideas from my own
visions made within my own
imagination, not by looking at
trends," she says. "I'll notice
what shapes people are wear-

different shapes and colors at
different times and they're my
inspiration."

"If you argue for your limitations,
you get to keep them."

AnyBODY can lose weight; but at what ex-
pense, both physically and emotionally?

The unique, 6-week TAKE-OFF! Weight Re-
duction Program, authored by Gary R.
Pierce, M.D., consists of small group
meetings which provide supportive instruc-
tion and instill motivation. A realistic and
medically sound food strategy is pre-
sented. Participants gain psychological in-

Stress management is taught in order to
help individuals who overeat because of
tension. Periodic computer analysis of your
own body composition allow for effective
monitoring of your progress.
