March 8 at Brith Shalom Beth Is-
rael in Charleston, S.C. Rabbi
David Radinsky officiated.
The bride is the daughter of
Milton Welton of Charleston and
Sara Welton of Southfield. The
bridegroom is the son of Mr. and
Mrs. Samuel Liberman of Char-
leston.
Lisa Brozgold was the maid of
honor. Best man was Arthur
Liberman. The bride's
grandmother, former Detroiter,
Mrs. Herman (Ceal) Zimmerman
of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., partici-
pated in the ceremony.
The bride attended Ohio State
University. She is employed by
Belk. The bridegroom is employed
by Southeast Video.
Welton-Cumming
Theresa Ann Cumming and
Leslie Bruce Welton were mar-
ried recently at Temple Israel in
Akron, Ohio. Rabbi David
Horowitz and Cantor Gedalya
Gertz officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Charles Cumming of
Akron. Parents of the bridegroom
are Mrs. Sara Welton of South-
field and Milton Welton of Char-
leston, S.C.
The bridegroom's grandmother,
Mrs. Herman (Ceal) Zimmerman,
former Detroiter of Ft. Lauder-
dale, Fla., participated in the
ceremony.
He is employed at the Goodyear
Tech Center in Akron.
Following a Florida honey-
moon, the couple is residing in
Akron.
Frickman-Goldstein
Mr. and Mrs. Alan P. Goldstein
of Birmingham announce the Feb.
22 marriage of their daughter,
Linda Ann, to Dr. Carl E.
Frickman, son of Mrs. Julie A.
Frickman of San Diego, Calif.
The bride, a graduate of Oberlin
College, was the registrar of the
Rice University Institute for the
Arts in Houston, Tex., and is pre-
sently curator/registrar of the
Museum of Western Art in De-
nver, Colo. Her husband is a
graduate of the Baylor School of
Medicine in Houston and is pre-
, smithy completing his residency at
the University of Colorado Medi-
cal Center.
After a honeymoon in Europe,
Dr. and Mrs. Frickman will reside
in Denver.
