A public forum on "Terrorism:
The View from Israel and the
U.S.," co-sponsored by the adult
study commission of Adat
Shalom Synagogue and the
Metro Detroit District, Zionist
Organization of America, will be
held Tuesday at 8 p.m. at Adat
Shalom.
Guest speaker will be Tsvi
Grosswald, reserve captain in
the Israel Defense Forces, who
was the military spokesman in
Beirut and Sidon during Israel's
1982 Lebanon campaign.
A native of Philadelphia,
Grosswald made aliyah in 1977,
when he was commissioned a
captain and subsequently served
as Israel's military spokesman
to the world press in Lebanon,
Galilee and Judea and Samaria.
Grosswald served as a U.S.
Army infantry captain in Viet-
nam and received a Bronze Star.
He holds a B.A. degree in politi-
cal science from Temple Univer-
sity, Philadelphia, and is a
graduate of the U.S. Army's In-
fantry Officers Candidate
School, Intelligence School and
Naval Defense School.
He is currently pursuing
graduate studies in the United
States towards a master's degree
in international terrorism.

Meets Tuesday
Tsvi Grosswald;.a captain (re-
serve) in the Israel Defense
Forces (IDF) and Israel's mili-
tary press spokesman during the
1982 Lebanon campaign, will be
guest speaker of the Einstein
Luncheon Forum on Tuesday at
noon at Hamilton Place, it was
announced by Judges Ira G.
Kaufman and Norman W.
Feder, the fortim's co-chairmen.
